now that i have my new SWR WM 10, which i happen to like alot, i wonder wether it would be better to either sell my WM 15 and add an ext cab (like 112 or 110) or keep the WM 15 fro larger venues.

would the WM 10 w/ 1x10 cab come close to the spl of my WM 15?

another question: does anyone have experience in adding resistors or alike to reduce tweeter volume?

You know the reason to keep the cabinet is if you ever want to play in stereo it will blow your mind - nothing sounds better than a bass with a real stereo chorus or flange etc. in my opinion. Also, as a backup amp - presumably you will not use one amp if you use the new cabinet as the extension but will always have the backup.

seems i need to clarify my post.

i have: WM 10 combo amp, 80/100 watts, WM 15 combo amp, 120/160 watts.

i could either sell the WM 15 and get an ext cab for the WM 10 or keep the WM 15.

btw i prefer the sound of the WM 10 over the sound of the WM 15.
