F & F

    let say .. you have about 4000-4500..
    you are planning to get a new bass

    will you rather go for a Exotic top FBASS or a 'normal' Fodera (non-exotic)

    f bass...or you could just buy used & get a fancy fodera.

    personally, I like F basses more.

    It depends on whether you want something that sounds and plays like an F Bass or whether you want something that sounds and plays like a Fodera. ;)

    FODERAS are great, fine , fine basses. For me, the F bass is more suitable- however, and this is just my opinion, I would go with an all Ash body, skip the top and use the rest of the $ for maybe a fretless or a rig. Of course, my F bass has a SICK top and sounds amazing, but from now on, no top, 100% Ash body.. tone to die for.
