F/S Mile Lull M4 4 String Bass

For sale is a beautiful Mike Lull M4 four string bass. The body is swampash with a gorgeous quilted maple top. The neck is maple with a bird's eye maple fingerboard. Black light weight hipshot tuners and Hipshot bridge. Bartolini two band Preamp with a VTC like high end rolloff knob. Works much like the Sadowsky VTC. Sadowsky single coil pickups. Recessed Dunlop strap locks. Bass is in overall excellent condition. There is some light finger wear below the strings from playing and the fact that there is no pick guard. Some very light bickly rash on the back. All of which can be rubbed out and they won't show up in pictures. The one flaw is a chip at the edge of the strap lock insert that arrived there when the drilling was done. Minor but it is there. I bought this bass as a temporary bass while I was having a custom commissioned bass made for me. I now have the custom bass and it is all I hoped for. I play it exclusively and no longer have any need for this bass but she is a beauty, setup with low action and has great tone. Comes with hard shell case. Asking $1500.
