Embellisher, your Zon 5-string would be the only five string I would get. :p

    My favorites are:
    Cort
    Peavey(Cirrus series)
Warwick(they tend to be too heavy though)
    Alembic

    and so on..

Oh, and Embellisher, do something about all the pop-ups on your gear page!

You really like that picture, don't ya Munji? :D

My picks... (mostly based on looks and/or the little tone I've heard in recordings - I haven't actually PLAYED any of them!)

    Jerzy Drozd (whole line)
    Roscoe (whole line)
    LeFay (whole line)
    Jeff M. Bell's Zon
    American MTD's
    Tobiases (the real ones)
    The expensive Spectors
The melted top Conklin John Turner got from E-bay
    F Basses

Of the ones I've played, it must be the Warwick Streamer Stage I I found in a store, or the Tune Somnus Zi that hanged up on a wall in a studio I recorded in.

EDIT: How could I forget F Basses?

  20. Fodera Anthony Jackson Presentation Contrabass. Haven't even played one but mark my word she will be mine, oh yes she will be mine. that and every single alembic except for the "scrap" orion that i played while in santa rossa which sounded not quite like full-on raging crap but almost there.
