Are Fender and Jay Turser your two favorite brands? Or do you mean you like Fender style basses, although Jay Turser has other styles.

I’m ruined. I was a John Paul Jones fan growing up and I fell in love with Jazz Bass’s. It’s all I play now.

As long as it’s a Fender.

Fender is my favorite right now, but I have a soft spot for EBMM as well.

Anything with the Spector NS/Warwick Streamer shape to it and nice chunky C shaped neck. So comfortable...

Ibanez. Then Ibanez. After that, probably Ibanez.

Seriously: they make my sound. The only time I would opt for a non-Ibanez bass anymore would be for a custom bass, but keep dreaming. I just need a 6-string PJ+piezo Ibanez and I could probably stop bass GASing forever.

I don't care what it is as long as it's well made, plays well and sounds good. Brand allegience is one of the most pointless and depressing facets of the modern age.

I've really been getting into basses with strings, necks, pickups, and wooden bodies lately. I think those are my favorite. ;)
