    +2 !
  3. I have always loved the look of RunngDog's fretless Fender with the wood pickguard. If I were a fretless kinda guy (or if it had frets), I would have bought this thing a long time ago!

    thoes are also my favs
  5. Yes, it has side markers.

I mostly play fretted basses and found the transition to be pretty easy. I have one other frettless (Fender Jazz) but it didn't see much action. The Mouse gets a lot of attention. If you already play an unlined fretless, I don't think the shorter scale will give you any trouble. This bass simply sounds 10 times bigger than it looks and it's a joy to play. My guess is you'll have it down in no time.

Although a Deep would be awesome. Richnota's Deep with a koa top is to die for.

Of course, here are a bunch I like...but first three that popped into my head were:

XO-Bionic's former Sei fretless (with Wal electronics):

    Hippiesandwich's Fodera/Wal:

And, Thornton Davis's 1973 burgandyglo Ric:

    Marshall

James Hart's fretless Benavente 6 is way up on my list of fav's, how can you resist a Fender-esque fretless 6 with a fingerboard like that

And speaking of Fender-esque, gotta love the LowEnd 7 :D

I'd have to give my props to Malthumb's Alembic Mark King 5 in Coco Bolo w/ Series II electronics. Just a well put together, elegant bass.

+1 on Akito's bass - that top is awesome.

Gard's Roscoe Century 6 fretless: I had a chance to play it recenty and it sounds as good as it looks....

    JOME77's SKB3005:

And to show I'm not too biased, Tribal3140's Benavente Oracle:

Anyone with Wal's (I love them!), Alembic Stanley Clarke Deluxe basses or Kubicki's, I love your basses.

Anyone who likes kubicki's might dig mine, it's white.

But hey, you can't visit TB without being bombarded with pictues of ace basses!
