  5. Seinfeld. (I don't care if it's a keyboard)
The Jeffersons. (Not the bassline in particular, but the whole theme song.)

Keyboards really? It says Les Claypool did the theme song...

Seinfeld theme is good and all the other stuff mentioned is before my time.

I like the old ones. I Dream of Jeannie, I Love Lucy, that kind of thing. My band does a TV Show medley between sets (or when we get bored). It always seems to go over well with the audience.

    Sandford&Son. (all time fav)

All the Bumper and theme music for the Brady Bunch. (Carol Kaye's flatwound pick sound was burned into my childhood memory durring the 70's)

    Barney Miller

    Knight Rider

The Spider Man theme (great song, crappy cartoon)
Josie & the Pussycats in Outer Space
    The original Star Trek theme.

Those three stand out right now.

    def knight rider =0)

EDIT: but if the whole song counts, like not just parts we could do on bass, then my second vote is Invader ZIM!
  15. Starsky & Hutch (James Taylor Quartet version)
    Grange Hill
Knight Rider (I've got Kitt saying "all systems go, michael!" as my Windows startup sound, and "that's illegal, Michael" for the illegal operation shutdown  )
  16. I LOVE the original Spider Man theme. Totally swings!
Definitely "Barney Miller"...and, in the vein of NBC shows, "Night Court"

I'd also vote for all of the new and old HBO shows with Gary Shandling, particularly, The Larry Sanders Show.
  17. Barney Miller
    Sanford & Son
and believe it or not...The Bob Newhart Show
  18. I feel ya Dave, my memory is forever scorched with Carols TV tracks.

MASH, Mission Impossible, Brady Bunch, Addams Family.......

Barney Miller and Sanford&Son are also a couple fun ones to play.

Oh yeah, the Flint Stones and King Of The Hill are great too.

Larry Grahm plays the Sienfeld theme, who said that was done on keyboards?? Sounds like a bass to me.

Les Claypool and the rest of Primus does the South Park themes.
