Which do you use. I keep going back to Winamp for functionality and ease of use.
I use Sonique, but i guess that isnt Windows?
I guess Windows Media Player then, i use that sometimes.
Winamp by far
I usually use Winamp.
foobar2000. Kind of a goofy name, and it doesn't look "pretty," but it has tons of power user and advanced options.
Is the Windows version out yet?
To damn easy to use, and not to bad either.
Another vote for iTunes here.
19megs of ball tearing lag later, ive finally got itunes.
Looks slick, it reminds me the ol' napster beta 7+ layouts. dunno why, cause it doesnt really look them:s
anyway ...ive retired musicmatch, so itunes gets my vote tooo.
Winamp . It really whips the lama's A**
Sonique. Only one that sounds good, and works the way I like it to. Can't wait for 2.0 (I tried the alphas, they're buggy as hell)
Foobar2000 sounds as good, but I just can't get the crap to work properly, too many menues and options, it's an mp3 player, not a security system for a nuclear powerplant for god's sake!
Winamp 2. Winamp3 is too much visual garbage IMO.
iTunes for sure. I wish they came out with iMovie for windows, because Movie Maker blows... it closes whenever i add effects or fades!
Currently Winamp as I just reinstalled Windows and this was the easiest player to download, but I put other because my preferred player so far is Quintessential.
I used RealOne for a long time, really liked the layout, but it had too many technical problems to deal with once my playlist started to get large.
Yeah, I like that visual garbage though. It also has a lot more options that don't need some plugins. Either one is really fine though...
I use MusicMatch 5.1.
I love it.
Winamp... it's small, "light" (doesn't use a ton of memory).. opens super fast, never had a problem with it, simple EQ, doesn't try and insist on starting on Windows startup or try and run in the background, I like it.
