    Hey TB,

    I've been having a feedback problem with one of my pedals and was just wondering if anyone could help me solve the issue.

    So the pedal is an Ibanez pd7 phat head bass overdrive. When I turn the pedal on I get a lot of really hi end noisey constant feedback. It only seems to do this some of the time and I can't seem to figure out why.

    Heres how I have everything set up if that helps

    traynor dynabass 400 --> tc polytune --> big muff pi --> ibanez pd7 --> kramer 450b

    Any questions, please let me know
  2. I'm not 100% sure, but I have a bass with really high gain pickups and they can feedback even without distortion.
    Have you tried a noisegate?

    No, I haven't. Maybe it is my pickups? I have used my Peavey with this pedal and have had the same problem so I'm thinking it must be my settings? I've been using it mostly with my Kramer 450B though
