Thinning the herd (I think)... I've got an all original Walnut Bass special. It has gold hardware and has bass and treble controls and active electronics. Toggle switch for passive/active option. I'll post pics of there is any interest. Not quite sure what to ask, may entertain trades...

  2. I'm interested pending pics?

What is the over-all condition of the bass?

Neck, frets, and truss-rod in good shape to get decent low action?

Overall condition would be 9/10. Frets don't have a lot of wear, truss rod works perfectly. I can tap on the bass. Action is LOW

Single pickup version... just like a regular P bass except with active electronics and heavy duty bridge

I have one of these and it's my favorite bass in the world. :hyper: They don't show up for sale very often because there aren't too many of them around.

It's lighter than my '78 jazz bass... Somewhere around the 9lb range. Haven't weighed it... I can let you know later
