    I have a bass being built by Oscar Prat that is close to completion. It's a 4 string "original 1" model and it's nearly ready to go to the finish shop. I have to sell the bass when it's completed anyway, so I figured I'd put it here and see if someone wants to buy it so they can make some adjustments to it.

    I am selling my "slot" for $1000, and $1000 is still owed on the bass when it is completed.

    The Bad:
    - Oscar has taken an extremely long time to complete this bass and I no longer need it.
    - You won't be able to change wood specs (but my specs are perfect anyway)

    The Good:
    - it will be a brand new, custom bass
    - you will be able to select electronics and pickups

    Specs:
    Mahogany body
    Extreme Spalted maple top (non bookmatch)
    Bolt-on
    1.5 in at the nut
    Padouk Neck
    Wenge fretboard
    Modern radius fretboard (not flat)

    Most everything else will be your choice.
