This is a Fender bent bridge plate that has been fitted with Hipshot brass plated saddles. They have the standard five hole plate with standard size 19mm spacing with the Hipshot saddles. Great fit, all saddles use 4-40 hex height adjustment screws for solid, no-slip adjustment

They are the standard plated brass 19mm saddles from this exact bridge:
    4 String Vintage Bass Bridge
No longer have that plate, but since they are standard size saddles fit the Fender plate perfectly.

    Saddles, intonation screws, and springs=Hipshot?
Regular intonation screws are too big for a Hipshot plate--at least I couldn't make it work.
