    Price:
    $205
    Location:
    New York
2006 Fender 60th Anniversary Standard Precision Bass body made in Mexico
    5.05 lbs bare
    Alder
Great shape, one small scuff by bottom strap button & another by truss rod adjustment (covered by pickguard)
April 6 2006 stamped in neck pocket.
drilled for bridge/pup covers and G side tug bar

I had this set up as a '62RI and it sounded great. Felt great, well balanced (I had too light of a body once and the neck dive was brutal) and looked great.

    Nice neck pocket, no slop.

    $205 shipped CONUS

I accept PayPal, local pickup ok too.

*photos of complete bass & anodized pickguard for reference only. Bare body only is available. Would also look great with tortoise pg

Only selling because I finally shelled out the $ to go vintage.

Just in case you weren't aware, Blizzard Pearl was not a stock color offered on MIM Standards in '06, so that would make this a body from a (Diamond) 60th Anniversary of Fender Standard Series Precision ... ;)

Yep. The 60th Anniversary Standard Precision Bass was issued in 2006. There was a made-in-US blonde finish and made-in-Mexico version blizzard pearl of the 60th Anniversary model. Cool color

Ah I was curious about that, must be why I paid so much more for it back then. It seems as such my price is a bit low, if so any idea what might be more fair?

With the exception of the color it is basically a standard MIM body. I think your price is in the ballpark for an unloaded body. You'd have to check TB, Reverb, and eBay to see what the going price is.

The 'blonde' finish 60th Anniversary was actually in 2011, 60th Anniversary of the P bass ... the MIA American Series 2006 (60th of Fender) anniversary model was BrownBurst (both P and J) with the jewelled inlay in the front of the headstock, S-1 switch, and the custom silver case ...

Fender does love their Anniversary Models, makes it very confusing ;) ...

... sorry for the detour, Cold ... back on topic to sell a rare body ... ;)
