Up for sale is a fantastic Fender Precision bass build with premium components. I love this bass, but I need to make way for an incoming purchase. Components include: • Fender 2015 American Standard Precision rosewood neck • Fender MIM FSR Natural Ash body • Lindy Fralin stock wound pickups • Fender Pure Vintage '62 aged tortoise pickguard • 2-250k vintage taper CTS pots, switchcraft jack and Mallory .047 capacitor I recently had it setup by a luthier and it plays great. The body is in immaculate condition (I can't find a ding on it). The neck has some decent play wear with a few dings here and there, and there's moderate fret wear (nothing major). It's currently strung with nicely broken in D'Addario Chromes (silk ends are slightly worn however). Using an informal bathroom scale method, the weight comes out to 8.9 lbs. Price includes shipping to CONUS - no bag or case, but will be well-packed. I can throw in a Fender Deluxe SKB case for no extra cost on a local deal, however. (DE/Philly area). No trades please.
Thanks! I've put this together slowly over the last year but something else caught my eye, you know how it goes.
