Fender American Ultra Jazz V- Used, but great condition. New Ultra V’s are backordered nearly everywhere-

Are you a burst lover, who prefers a maple neck? Here’s your chance… Here is an Fender American Ultra Jazz V with an ultraburst body, and a maple blocked inlay neck – a combination that is not normally offered as a 5 string Ultra model (outside of the wildly overpriced custom shop.) Normally the burst bodies are only paired with rosewood fingerboards on the 5 string Ultras. FWIW- this one weighs in at approx 10 lb, 6oz on my postal scale. Comes in its original Fender molded case.

Here’s the scoop- I purchased 2 used Ultra V’s- I swapped necks from one to the other- as I wanted a rosewood neck on the Arctic Pearl Ultra- and now this one is for sale. The combination offered is a 2021 Ultra V body, with a 2020 maple block inlay neck. All American!

It functions perfectly, but is used, so it has some swirling/scratches, particularly on the lower back side (a light buckle rash) that are hard to capture with a camera- I took a picture where you can see it in the reflected light- but its very hard to capture with a camera.

Item is for sale for $2000 OBO, shipped con U.S. I may consider trades, but I’m picky: 5 strings, 34” scale, 19mm @ bridge string spacing, and under 10lbs. I am always interested in Yamaha’s older TRB-5 basses.
