Fender American Vintage P Bass - What year was it made?

Hi all. I bought an AV P Bass used about 10 years ago, and I'm just now trying to figure out when it was made.

The serial number on the neck plate is V046XXX. I took the neck off thinking the year would be written on the bottom, but it's not.

The back of the neck however is stamped with "GASTELUM", and it has a large white rectangular sticker that has "PA" written in blue marker.
