Is this the worst finish ever or is there worse?
i love that finish, shame its so hard to find, ive never seen one in real life or had the chance to play one
Ask Elvis Costello.
I like it, I had a chance to buy a Pbass with this finish and I'm kicking myself for not doing it.
i like that creme caramel like finish!
I think it's AWEFUL!!!!
It's not really cream. It's green on the edges & a nasty yellow in the middle.
something like creme caramel with a expiration date 01/03/1986?!?!
HAHAHAHAHA LMAO. I needed that.
I like it........a lot, actually.
*tomatoes, cabbages, rabbits are thrown*
Seriously, though, I'm sure it looks different in person, but from the pics shown here, I like it.
i find it reminiscent of old bakelite radios-
like being transported back in time, in a way that old sunbursts etc. don't...
in the photo of all the antigua fenders, I almost expect there to be a mark on the wall when you take each guitar off- darkened by the sun.
it's pretty bad, but my least favorite is probably either midnight wine, or that blue that looks purple sometimes. just because they're such blah, middle of the road colors. antigua is ugly, sure, but it least it COMMITS to being ugly, and i can respect that.
Looks "Cartoonish" to me.
EDIT: Fixed spelling
Errrrrrr... sorry to say that I LOVE that finish...
I love them...I think I would look good with them cuz they are ugly and so am I!!!
i like em! its a refreshing change of pace from the repititious sunburst or classic black and white coloered models(even though i would own a fender of pretty much any color combination as long as it plays well)me personally i would own any color i'm not picky in the color dept.
Call Kitarapaja in Helsinki, they have one
Aaahhhhh..... My eyes, my eyes!!!
Yeah baby, I wish I had the extra scratch
Looks too mouldy to me.
