Hi..I wanted to know if anyone had experience with both of these amps? Is the 200 that much more powerful than the 100 (beyond the obvious numbers of 100 and 200)? Is it worth the price difference...which isnt all that much?

Get the 200. For the little extra $, you'll be glad you did. I know I am.

The main difference is that the 200 has a better speaker.

Man is this thing loud...I can only use about 25% max of the volume on this thing....I use a lot of gain(66%) if that helps....I wish sometimes that I had the 100 just so I could use more of the speaker cone's potential. A good thing for the 200 is that this baby is not too heavy to move around. If your gigs aren't very big...the 200 is overkill.
