In 1983 I bought a new MIA Fender Bullet, played it for about a year then put it in the case and forgot about it. Last month I rediscovered it. It has aged well and is in great shape. I feel like I have one of those "Closet Classic" Fenders and it only cost me
    $225.00. Anyone else have one?

Are you serious? You FORGOT about a bass you had in the house for almost 20 years?

Never had that happen to me! :D

I left it in my brothers attic when I moved out of state. I had a couple of other basses so I didn't miss it much. Glad to have it now though!

I got my first bass, an MIA Fender Bullet for
Christmas in 1982. I still have it. I think Fender
started making Bullets in Japan soon after that.
Very well made for a budget bass, although the
pickups aren't much. I put a Badass bridge on
    it in '84.
  6. from what I understand you can get SD replacement pickups for mustang and bullet basses. but I think that might be only in japan. Im not sure though. I hear they are rad basses, nice and small.
