And here it is!! Did I mention it has a beautiful slab rosewood board! The newer fenders are now using laminated rosewood so this imho is a better bang for the buck than the newer models!

    Sweet P!

(can anybody recommend a cleaning product to remove the drool that just hit my keyboard?) ;)

I haven’t owned a lot of fender custom shops but this is one of the best I had.

However I do not know the going rates of these used. So throw offers at me just don’t lowball me and I may consider

The bass does ooze with old school P tone! Very mellow and smooth but can get growly if you dig in with the tone up

Love the finish. What color would you actually call that other than Candy Tangerine.

I’m 100% sure fender calls it candy tangerine. But it is relic’d Version of the color so you can call it whatever you like!

Ps. Just received my Sadowsky and now I’m having a difficult time on which bass to keep! This fender definitely has that old school precision thump and I’m starting to like the wider neck. (I prefer a B neck but it’s so hard finding a CS with one)

I don’t know. We are all either
Yes Sir! 7+ lbs. and a hand wound pickup is hard to beat.

Looking for an Alembic Persuader in trade? Just wondering. I’m in Maryland, too.
