this bass was built in 2008 and hung on the wall of a tiny obscure shop. it has the heavy relic treatment and originally sported the gold anodized pg which is included. i bought it in 2014 and it has never been played out other than a few studio sessions.
the sound and sustain of the notes are quite impressive. harmonics ring as well as my AV62RI jbass with that warm pbass flavor. the only fault with this instrument was the burns to the neck from the hanger, but it kind of fits in with the extreme relic look.
she weighs 8lbs. 6ozs. on my old postal scale and resonates like any fine instrument should. i played four CS pbasses that afternoon and this thing blew the other three away. i bought my first pbass in 1978 and i've never played one that feels like this. very easy to coax every nuance out of every note with this one! btw, the color is Shell Pink
includes tweed case and candy. no trades, please

    WAS $2500.00
    NOW $2200.00 shipped & insured

    Cool bass.
Wonder why they didn't "relic" the neck plate.
    It's very shiney.

in case anyone is curious about the sale of one of my all time favorite basses. i'm donating the proceeds towards my granddaughters trip to Japan in July. if it doesn't sell before that,.... i get to keep it!!!!

but for the love of that amazing child, keep the bids coming!
    thank you for looking.

Awesome specimen. I never really dug the relic thing until now. GLWTS!! Here's to the thoughtful granddad.

If I were to buy it, the probability that I will ever have grandchildren would be reduced considerably.

played her last night. freakin' amazing tone! with the tone control wide open the notes are crystal clear and the harmonics sound enormous.
