Fender Designed PUs JB Squier, alnico or ceramics?

    Hello there and thanks for letting me join the forum,

    Does anyone know if Fender Designed pickups on Squier VM '70 Jazz Bass are alnico 2, 5 or ceramics?

    I think mine it's from 2015.

    if you look at the back of the pup, a ceramic will usually have 1 or 2 Bar strip(s) with steel poles..

    Just in case someone is interested...

    According to Fender tech support Fender Modified PUs are ceramics. Instead, according to online specs, Duncan Designed were alnico V.
    This would explain why so many people are enthusiastic and so many others are disappointed about the same bass sound.

    Replacing mine soon

    P.s. I wonder if a pre 2012 vs post 2012 VM 70 JB bass comparison would bring up some more differences
