Does any one own or have tried out the Dimention IV. I have never seen it in a store ever. http://www.fender.com/products/search.php?section=basses&cat=dimensionbass

I has been seriously thinking about the Fender Dimention IV. Why?
    1) its a fender
    2) it comes in sienna-sunburst
    3) active EQ with blend knob
    4) noisless J pick-up
    5) 24 frets
    6) 12 inch radius

it's basically the anti-bass of my p and j basses which is good, because sometimes i just think i need something else more versitile in my collection. the only drawback is the Dimention is a little weird looking the headstock especailly.

my x-mas money is starting to burn a hole in my wallet. i was thinking about getting this bass. can Guitar Center order it for me?

I know someone who tryed the four and five and he liked them both. They are for people who want a Fender but don't want the vintage style headstock. The five neck is really wide though.

They're cool. As SGT said, the neck is really wide on the fiver but that may be a plus for you. They do sound good but I always recommend playing one first.
