Was gonna remove the neck on this one and make a project out of it. Scrapped the project and got another Sadowsky so this is for sale.

Fender Geddy Lee jazz. Basically a brand new bass. I've literally played this bass about 15 minutes. NO wear at all. Mint. Has a mark on the tip of the headstock that is so minor, you wouldn't notice it if I didnt mention it. Black, white pickguard which still has the protective plastic on it, badass 2 bridge, etc etc etc. Plays and looks great. Ships in a generic gigbag.

I'll take $575 shipped to Cont U.S. No trades please

Man, if I didn't already have one, I'd SO be on this...

The blues band I'm in played our maiden voyage gig a week ago last Friday and I used my Geddy for a whole set. IT WAS SO MUCH DANG FUN!!!! If it weren't for the fact that I had my Zon and Roscoe with me (really needed the lo B for some stuff) it'd have been all about the Geddy. That thing gets downright NASTY (in a GOOD way!)

GC near me has a GL with a strap pin busted into the body and a missing knob. They're asking $630.

Anyway, Bikeplate, I think we're on. Will drop another PM later this evening to make sure. :D :hyper:

I'm pretty happy, hoping the GAS will abate for a while.

Sure enough, I go to Sadowsky's site and there it is - sold. :crying: Had my eye on that one too. :( I'll keep my eyes peeled on the bass forum for a review. I'd love to hear your opinion on how it measures up to your other Sadowskys.

Ive got 3 shows this weekend so I'll be able to give a good opinion after that. Its not too heavy(8.8lbs), balances great, awesome neck and fretwork. Love the '70's tone of it. I changed the guard to black, added straploks and a d-tuner. MMMMMMMMMMM

Whoo! Thanks, Rob. :D I believe he's getting the money order tomorrow, and then it's off to New York (the money order, not me ;) )

I'm kind of in disbelief. With a deal like this (and this is a pretty nice deal) and it being on the classifieds here at TB...I'm just surprised I was the one that got to it. :hyper:
