Hey fellas, I'm trying to take the control knobs off a 2004 Geddy Lee Jazz (MIJ) to change a pot, but can't find the right size hex wrench/Allen key and it's really starting to annoy me. It's between >1.5 and <2 mm or >1/16 and <5/64". Any ideas most welcome....
The same wrench for the Fender's stock bridge saddles fit the knobs. If you can't find one of those then get yourself a Roadie wrench.
Isn't that frustrating? One reason I like older basses. They use slotted set screws for bridge saddles and knobs. I always seem to lose the right size allen wrench!
