    The 1964 Jazz Bass N.O.S. features a select alder body with a maple neck and a round laminate rosewood fingerboard. Other period-correct features include chrome hardware, vintage reverse tuning machines, and a four-ply tortoise shell pickguard.

    This bass has been given Fender's "New Old Stock" (NOS) treatment. It is built from original tooling as if bought new in its respective model year and just found today.

    That is a thumb smudge on the plate.. LOL! I should have wiped that off.. didn't see it

    When you say “round laminate” do you mean bound? AND what is the weight, please?

    that description came from Fender. I don't see any binding. I can take a closer pic. it was just under 9 pounds on the bathroom scale.
