I have considered having my mim jazz defretted. I bought it used a couple of years ago stock but with a gotah bridge on it. Since I have added Fender custom shop 60s pickups, new pots ,pickgaurd, control plate and shielded it.It sounds amazing ,great vintage tone.
I have started to think about buying a fretless neck from warmoth intead of having mine defretted. Anyone have any comments or other neck supplier options opinions?

If your bass sounds amazing.....I wouldn't mess with it. You can get a used MIM Jazz fretless cheap enough on eBay.

    Thor Labs.
Will defret, and epoxy your neck.
    The best I've played.
    Only bummer is 2-year wait.
    One man operation.
