Fender Jazz Ultra V Pickups

I’m at my wits end. I’ve ordered two pairs of these pickups within the last week and on both pairs the neck pickup isn’t working. For the first pair, the neck pickup didn’t work out of the box. On the second pair, the neck pickup worked half way through a gig and gave out. Got home and tested the pickup and get no sound. Hooked pickup straight to the Jack and got nothing.

I’m returning both sets for a full refund. I’ve installed about 50 sets of pickups and I’ve never had this issue. What is going on with Fender?
