Hey! I have a Fender 5 string Jazz neck with a Rosewood Fretboard up for grabs! This is off an old bass of mine that I swapped with a fretless neck. Originally from a 2006 Fender Deluxe Active Jazz 5 60th Anniversary Jazz Bass. The neck is in good shape and so is the truss rod, there are a few cosmetic flaws. Youll notice that the wood around the truss rod is chewed up, I accidentally did this many years ago while adjusting the truss with a Allen Wrench that was too short. There are detailed pics below and I assure you its only cosmetic. The back of the neck is in good shape with minor wear and the frets still have many years of life left. Also youll notice that someone sanded of the "Made in Mexico" stamp on the front. It was like that when I originally bought the bass at a GC in 07. 9.5" Radius and 20 Medium Jumbo frets . Ill take $200 delivered within the ConUS. Pics are of the actual neck
Wondering if it would be too difficult to remove those frets to make a fretless? Or did you move up in quality when you bought the neck?
