Take a look:
Interesting. I wonder if they improved the preamp, or if it still needs to be replaced with a JRetro....
Ohh! Daddy likey. Did you see some of the other new fenders? They look pretty sweet to me.
this is the Aerodyne Jazz...
and the Marcus 5
They're both ugly.
Ohhh, nice. Me like.
those are my best fender news:
Dig that Strat.
I dig it the Strat too.
I love the single-coil P-bass! I'm guessing it won't be available in a 5-string model.
Quite the hybrid:
Strat body, P90 pickup, Gibston-style bridge, bolt-on neck. Wood looks like mahogany but who knows.
BTW, Marcus 5 strings basses used live and on disc are made by Sadowsky and Fodera.
That MM 5 string looks fantastic.
I wonder why Fender is going with the "musicman" tuning peg positioning (versus the usual in-line positioning)?
It looks cool, but is there an advantage?
And now, too, do you go with the Roscoe Beck or the MM5?
I want that MM!
I don´t know if you guys noticed this, but there is a MUSTANG BASS (no pic available) featured in the CLASSIC SERIES BASSES!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW!!!!!! sounds, interesting!!!!!!!!!
They switched to tthe 4+1 a year or so ago on the USA Deluxes & I beleive the USA Standard Series so they probably used the same CNC program for those necks.
The Miller 5 looks kinda cool. But those paisley P's/Tele basses look like KAKA & that strat is hidious.
How can Sadowsky and Fender both make MM model basses? Wouldn't Fender and Sadowsky have non competition clauses in their contracts?
Actually, they have been selling Mustang bases for about a year now.
BTW are you talking about a Tokyo Sadowsky MM model? I didn't think there was a US one.
