The red one, nope, but the green one, if I was gassing for another bass, maybe. You don't see Sherwood Green very often. At the moment I'm good. But for those of you who aren't...

    Sherwood Green Metallic

    Torino Red

They remind of Fender's Duff McKagan Signature bass and the black Fender Duff McKagan Deluxe Precision, both of which are MIM basses.

If I had to choose, I think I'd go with the McKagan Deluxe Precision over the Boxers. The specs on body woods and pups are better, IMO.

    From the vendor's website...

This is a Fender Boxer Series Precision Bass, part of a limited run of MIJ (Made in Japan) instruments paying homage to the hot-rodded Boxer Series of the 1980s. The bass features a basswood body, rosewood fretboard with a flatter than usual 12" radius, jumbo frets, and a combination of Precision and Jazz Bass pickups! The controls are a 3-way toggle to go between each pickup, with a TBXTM (Treble Bass Expander) circuit in there for even more dialing in your tone.

Now if we could just get Fender America to start making basses like this.
No pickguard and black hardware, who would have thought?

That's what they both are... Jazz Bass Specials. The Boxers have the slanted pickups in my experience.
