What are these going for in used mint condition? This one is a 1997 model.

I have seen them MINT and Stock between $250-$350 and usually includes a case. If there are upgrades, usually a bit more.

I would say that $250-$350 is accurate. I just won a 2003 off eBay with case for $305. Have not received it yet, but according to the seller (whose feedback was reputable) and the pictures it has seen little use and still has the plastic film on the pickguard.

One important note on the MIM Jazz bass is that they were upgraded in 2001 with better pickups and traditional Jazz knobs instead of the Strat-style numbered knobs. The pickup change is significant because prior to 2001 the pickups are the same size where on a MIA Jazz they are slightly different. Upgrading pickups on a pre-2001 MIM Jazz usually means that the bridge pickup cavity will need to be routed out to make it larger.
