    Price:
    500
    Strings:
    5
    Location:

I have a Fender Modern Player Jazz V, never gigged, only played at home. Immaculate shape, no issues or marks/dings.
I'm not sure I want to do this, but I have not been playing this for some time. I thought I would do a little feeler to see what is out there. I truly do like this, admittedly it is a bit heavy for me, and has a thicker neck than I prefer - but it has not precluded me from jamming with it, it does have an array of sound. Included will be a new RoadRunner hard case. For Sale also - info below

    Details:
The Modern Player Jazz Bass returns in a five-string model with a new look and even greater tonal versatility from its powerful pair of humbucking pickups. A satin finish imparts a smoothly elegant air, and a convenient new four-position rotary pickup selector switch delivers a potent quartet of pickup combinations (full middle and bridge pickups, full middle pickup and bridge pickup outer coil, full bridge pickup and middle pickup outer coil, outer coil of both pickups).

Other features include an alder body, maple neck with "C"-shaped profile, 9.5"-radius maple (Black model) or rosewood (Olympic White and Two-color Sunburst models) fingerboard with 20 jumbo frets and easy-access truss rod adjustment wheel, redesigned Modern Player Jazz Bass humbucking pickups, single-ply black pickguard and vintage-style black plastic control knobs (two volume and master tone), and five-saddle Fender Hi-Mass bridge.

    FEATURES
    • Alder body
    • Maple neck with "C"-shaped profile
    • 9.5"-Radius maple (Black model) or rosewood (Olympic White and Two-color Sunburst models) fingerboard

    • Easy-access truss rod adjustment wheel
    • Redesigned Modern Player Jazz Bass humbucking pickups
    • Single-ply black pickguard
    • Vintage-style black plastic control knobs (two volume and master tone)

    Trade Interest:

    5 string '51 P Bass configuration
    5 string EBMM Stingray H

Decided to make it for sale also:

Agreed. I've been 100% happy with mine. I don't have anything to back this up, but I wouldn't be surprised to see these become collectible in the future. GLWTS!
