    hey

i'm after a fender jazz...which would you recommend?

(these items have ended, just used as a guide)

i know generally fenders are obviously better quality guitars, but i've heard quite bad things about the mexican built fenders, and the main problem people have with squiers are the electronics, but the vintage modified jazz has duncan designed pups.

...and the squier is absolutely gorgeous...

    whaddya think?

    cheers,
    tim

Hard to say without playing them - both can be hit or miss. So long as the neck and body are ok you can always upgrade what you don't like though.

  3. +1 Squire Vintage Modified jazz - sweet looks, duncan pickups, and cheap. i found myself to return back to this bass at GC after playing the USA Fenders, Warwick, EBMMs in the store. Play it before you buy it.
