I don't have a scale at home but I'm guessing it's pretty close to 9.3lbs - found another post with the weight on it.

How is the Delano pickup vs. the original?

Since I own a Jazz with steel strings, I wanted to work with flats on the P. You get a tad more punch with the Delanos but still can get a beautiful "stand up" tone when dialed to 0. Only reason I'm selling is because I was able to get my hands on a new (used) bass I’ve been on the hunt for!

Any more output, or modern vs classic type tone?

With rounds or brights, there is a slightly noticeable more "modern" tone, but I wasn't looking to drastically change the PBass sound. Flats help soften the treble but still maintain the clear mids and highs. The Delanos give it a slightly brighter tone when cranked. I play direct in with a GK Fusion 550 - so all my controls go right through the amp - the low B on this guitar (even with the flats) has a pretty nice, clear tone so I can play off the Low E/F/F# on the B string and can run through 3 octaves in 6 frets (3NPS fingering).

It is still in my case!
Only thing that has changed is I swapped the strings - no biggie.

Sorry for the delay, I go a week without checking in to TalkBass...
