    hello everybody

i'm from germany. in a small music store near my home, there is a fender precision special edition 94 (i think this was the exact name).
it is new. which means the bass has been standing there for nearly ten years.
it is black, body is poplar with ash top and back, rosewood fretboard, the old style wide flat neck and a black/grey pickguard with thump rest.

does anyone know something about this bass?
    is it any good?
the price is €1500,-(nearly the same in dollars)
what about this strange sandwich body?

    hope someone can help me

  2. Is this the bass you're talking about?

    do you own this bass?
can you tell me something about it?
how does it compare to an amercian series and the american vintage and is it worth the price?

  5. The best I can say is that Fender makes a good bass. I would be afraid of a bass that hung on a wall for ten years though. The neck could have some problems.

    Check with these guys.

I'll do some more research on this side and let you know, OKAY!
