This is a Fender "Road Worn" 1962 MODIFIED Jazz bass with a new GC hard/soft case.

    $775.00 shipped CONUS only.

    Please read the below statement:

"THIS IS NOT A REAL FENDER 1962 JAZZ BASS AND I DO NOT IMPLY OR PRESENT THIS AS AN ACTUAL 1962 FENDER JAZZ BASS".

I started with a Fender road worn jazz, I added aged Fender bridge and pick up covers (will be sent with the bass, just not pictured). I also added an after-market neck plate with an 60's number on it. Next I removed the control plate and replaced it with an aged plate with 60's controls - stacked volume/tone knobs and even added the selector tone knobs with the position sets.

I added the strap pin on the neck and replaced the others with schaller strap locks. I further distressed the body for an older look.

I also added the holes where the string mutes would have been and added the brass ground between the back pickup and the bridge. In the original the brass was an actual piece of brass, mine is the brass tape.

I have Fender flats on it and it sounds great and looks great.

Buyer to pay with pay PAL (confirmed shipping address) and packing and shipping in the CONT USA, I will not ship outside the USA.
