Up for grabs is an unloaded 2012 Roadworn P neck. I bought this neck about 8 months ago only to discover that it wouldn't stay straight with regular roundwound strings. Once I installed TI Jazz Flats 6 months ago it has stayed straight with no additional adjustments needed. The nut has been previously replaced, and a little bit of wood behind the nut popped up and was glued back into place (looks much better in real life than in the pictures). I really like the neck but I prefer rosewood fingerboards.

So if you're a player that likes TI strings, this may be the one for you! Ask any and all questions. PC_20170402_185020[1]. PC_20170402_185031[1]. PC_20170402_185046[1]. PC_20170402_185057[1]. PC_20170402_185125[1]. PC_20170402_185141[1]. PC_20170402_185212[1].

    $140 shipped CONUS.

Wouldn't stay straight? Do you mean that the neck is twisted or the truss rod couldn't keep your desired action under tension?

Does the truss rod turn and work properly?

Do you live in a hot and humid area?

These are indeed great feeling necks!

I had 50-105 nickel rounds on it originally, and the neck would bow forward. I adjusted it three times in a month, after which I put jazz flats on it and everything was stable. The truss rod turns normally. I would say Minnesota is the opposite of hot and humid this time of year.

    Thans for your questions!

Durn! I missed out. Love these necks! I am curious though, did you ever try low(er)-tension rounds? I'm looking at getting one of these road worn precisions again and want to try DR Sunbeams "lite-lite" (0.040, 0.060, 0.075, 0.095), which would hopefully keep the neck straight (TI are usually low tension too). Thanks!
