I have pics of everything here.... Dropbox - Fender RB 5 - Simplify your life Here is a killer passive J style bass. I just had my tech go through it. I also had him cut a new nut. I wanted to narrow the string spacing at the nut. It makes a HUGE dif in playability. These necks are on the wide side (1 7/8") and it makes it much comfier to play. The original nut is included. This bass has a Babicz bridge which adds some weight (10.8 lbs on my bathroom scale) but it also adds some brightness and sustain. It was mounted using the existing string through holes (wood dowels were inserted. My tech said it's a solid install) so no new holes were made. This is a nice upgrade to the old Gotoh bridges. I've been trying to find one to go with the bass but it is like trying to find hens teeth. My tech also dressed the frets, intonated the bridge and installed a fresh set of DR fatbeams. Knobs are not original. I prefer these chrome speed knobs anyway. Ding on the bottom of the body and wear spot on the top in the typical spot. Otherwise this bass is clean. Alder body and maple/rosewood neck. These pickups are amazing! You can get any tone with the coil taps except for the most modern sounds (you will need a preamp for that). The case is in great shape except for the one foot thingy that was pushed through the plastic. I have pics of everything at the dropbox link above. I'll include free ground insured shipping to the lower 48 states only up to $100. You are responsible for the rest. No overseas buyers please. It's too much of a hassle. Sorry.
