What do you think of a Black Fender Roscoe Beck with gold hardware and gold pickguard
or black with crome hardware and pickgaurd:cool:

Fender makes their basses in black, why not the Roscoe Becks? :bassist:

I dunno man, i think the RB was meant to be gold, and looks best that way.

    In my opinion

I'd love a black RB5 with black guard and chrome hardware. No matching headstock. Fingerboard could be maple or pau ferro... I think either would look cool.

I would like one in Sherwood Green. With matching headstock.

Yeah, I wish Fender offered more color options too. I would buy more RB5's if that were the case.

I've been wanting one in Vintage White with a tortoise shell pickguard and no matching headstock, like the custom RB5 that Roscoe played during the G3 tour with Eric Johnson. He used it on the tune 'Manhattan'.

Man, I'm wondering if one of the custom builders could put together a bass for me with the same pickup scheme as an RB5 but slightly different finish and woods, say maybe an ash body and maple fingerboard. I wonder how that would sound/play?

I hear the new Becks don't come with a tort guard on the sunburst version anymore, man... I'd be happy if they still did that :p
