I want to upgrade to a cab and my question is as follows. How much of an upgrade would it be from the fender to ampeg if any?

hmm, did you do any homework on this before you posted ?
just off the top you would be moving from a 75w 1x12 combo rig to a 500w 1x15 fliptop rig (with the cab rated at 450w). So, there would be a very significant upgrade with this move. The Fender Rumble 75 is more of a practice or beginners rig (not knocking it, just saying), the Ampeg PF500/115HE rig is a solid working pro rig that would easily cover many types of playing situations.

Not sure what else you want to know. Can you be more specific with your question ?

ummm agreed. the upgrade from the fender to the ampeg you mention would be a couple hundred dollars, and would be a big step up ?

Completely different ballpark... maybe a BA115 would be similar to what you have now.
