I only play short scale basses now. Black and reddish tort is one of my very favorite combos, and I like the parts quality...so I've considered having a short-scale neck fitted to this body, but I also have too much money tied up in instruments right now, so I'm willing to part with it. (For those who don't know, the Squier Pro-Tones are the Korean equivalent of the MIJ basses of the 80s--Fender went to Korea to start production in the mid-90s, but the instruments were "too good" and they feared they'd eat into the sales of MIA/MIJ stuff, so they shut the line down after two years.) Body has some typical scuffs, but I think it's gorgeous. I deliberately took pictures in the least-flattering light. All-original: ash, with high-mass bridge, and surprisingly good alnico pickups. Weight is on the lighter side of average, not remotely an anchor. $200/bo shipped. Neck is available in a separate thread. Will make a deal if you buy both. The only trade I'm interested right now is an Arnopol MAS 1.8, with cash from my end.
