Fender Standard Jazz Bass 4?

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by Optimus Prime, Jun 16, 2002.

  1. Can someone tell me something about this bass?

Is it better than a Warwick Thumb bolt-on 4?

    How much does it cost?

What's the diffrence between the American and the Standard?

Why do I always have to pay for sex?

    Thanks...

  2. Check out the Fender site to learn all about it.

It is a different animal than the Thumb, IMO. I really never thought about comparing the two.

    Retail runs approx. $350.

American is made in America, standard is made in Mexico.

your last question is one I don't have an answer for. Hell, I'm married and still have to pay for sex.

You might get a Squier for that. The MIM Standard Jazz goes for slightly less than $400.
