SOLD Fender TBP-1 tube preamp w/ footswitch

    I picked this up off a fellow TB'er a couple of months ago. It is a good preamp, very flexible once you get a hang of the settings, but I'm now gassing for an SVT or V4 so off it must go.

    It comes with the original box, footswitch.

    It has some typical rack rash but works perfectly. See photos.

    It has the original Fender/Groove Tubes which are Sovteks.

    I would be open to any heads (tube or solid state) for trade, I can add cash.

    I am using one of these now. This is a really great pre with lots of excellent features. One of the best features is it's ability to drive a power amp to full output. Many bass preamps don't have enough output to drive many power amps. This one has drives my Crown DriveCore XLS1500 very well. Don't underestimate the importance of this.

    Wow, great price on one of my favorite preamps ever. Fender has made pretty awful amp gear for decades but this one is the outlier.
