  3. Moving from Aptos to Iowa must have been like winning the Lottey!

Yes! Liam, not having to pay $3800/month for a house payment or rent, is like winning the lottery. How I ended up here is a long story, please give my regards to Vienna Woods and Nisene Marks.

    Aren’t these shorter scale basses? 30” or 32” ?

  6. 32” but they are so light and comfortable, it’s like you’re playing a 30”

  7. This is one of the best basses ever manufactured by Fender. It’s getting harder and harder to find one in good condition that’s under $2,000. If I didn’t already own an Urge, I’d have jumped on this. The buyer will love it

A lot of these, including the Urge IIs that come up for sale have been slapped within an inch of their lives and tend to be really beat up.

    This one looks really nice!

  13. First artist Signature Bass produced by Fender. Great instruments designed from the ground up, and not rebranding existing components put together with a different finish.

Any idea on the fret size? Medium jumbo? Tall/narrow?

The frets are a "Vintage Jumbo", 6150: Vintage jumbo. Much wider but not as tall as 6230 (.102″ x .042″).
    Hope this helps.

Man, I am digging this bass. If you'd be up to consider any other trades, LMK, I have a bunch of stuff on the block, and some things that I would consider putting up as well.
