This is the best I could find on short notice. The link goes to a page that allows you to order manuals and schematics for older Fender amps. http://www.fender.com/support/manuals/manuals.php
Dating: http://www.fender.com/support/amplifiers.php As far as repairs/schematics, any tech that's worth your time should know a bassman like the back of their hand. Especially if it's a 67 it should be a blackface circuit which is what everything is always getting modded back to anyhow. If you need an amp tech go to the FAQ page and there is a link somewhere in there for good amp tech recommendations. The Fender we know now is related to the Fender that made your amp in name only.
http://www.ampwares.com/ BTW, 67s aren't worth all that much. It's the pre-CBS Blackfaces and earlier that are high value.
