Fernandes 5-string--model? Dates?

    I recently got a used Fernandez 5-string BG (made in Taiwan). It's a nice instrument for the price I paid. Can anyone helpme identify the model and/or when it was made? It has 3 knobs and one toggle--which is an arrangement not found on their website or on Ebay.

    I have been looking through the fernandes website trying to identify mine and I did not see any with that body style and switch. I'm guessing it's a tremor and someone removed a knob and added a switch.

    I don't remember seeing jazz pups though. Mine is p/j and I haven't seen it in any catalogs.
