MIJ neck through 80s lawsuit Fernandes BC Rich mockingbird copy - I have several USA BC Rich basses and this one other than the "F" vs a "R" inlay is dead on - actually it play a bit better than my eagle - full moser style cucuit - all switches work perfectly- tones galore - light for a Mockingbird ( around 9lbs) decent balance as they go too - I just prefer the eagle shape now that I'm a 40 something old dude... Ships in hard case REDUCED $875 PayPal fine- if you've wanted a vintage BC Rich and didn't want to drop the coin this is a great alternative- same wood, preamp pickups etc
I have one of those. It's an MB-85, reckon it's between 1985 and '89 (those appeared to be the catalog years, anyway). Maple neck, rosewood board, mahogany wings, with a P-width nut and a flattened D profile. Killer bass.
I'm 50 years-old. And, I've been playing since I was 12 years-old. And, I am ashamed to say that I have never, ever heard of a Fernandes / BC Rich lawsuit bass. I thought I've seen & played literally every bass worth playing out there. I am truly dumbfounded right now . Now, I gotta do some research. Thanks for the education.
