    Hello all!!!
I'm about to buy a Yamaha TRB 1006 BG and i have a few questions .

    1. what are the differences between the TRB 1006 and the TRB sign by patittuci???

2.The stores in Israel don't hold them 6 strings bass in the store on a a regular bases , so i'm making a special order.
The problem is i don't know the spacing length between the strings and it's very important because i wan't to keep on playing my 4 strings jazz bass and I would like the TRB spacing to be similar (as much as it can be).
can anybody who own the TRB1006 tell me what's the exact spacing between the strings???

3.what does "Bridge - Solid Brass " on the guitar's specifications means??

    Thanks in advance.
    Adisu. :)
  2. 1 - The 1006 doesnt have a slap cut-away, has a different preamp, pickups, and i'd imagine the wood is different too.

2 - The string spacing on the 1006 is veeery tight, it's like 15 or 16 mm, but the spacing on the JP sig is 19 or 20 mm i think.

3 - That means the bridge is made of brass

I own the 1006, to this day I havn't played a better bass!! :hyper:
