A little feedback can be a wonderful thing
I paid Frank $500 of my hard earned money for a QSC power amp and all I got was this flimsy little email saying the amp would be here soon (some crap about a tracking number) and, oh, here's a PDF of the owner's manual (like that makes up for the 2-3 day shipping delay). Like I asked for or expected some kind of "above and beyond" treatment...
And some idle chat about a damn guitar amp, when I clearly ordered an amp for bass. Which won't be here for 2-3 days.
Sheesh, he'll probably post here saying it's UPS' fault, something about hundreds of miles, yadda yadda yadda...
For those wholly lacking a sense of humor, Frank's a great guy in my book. Usually I wait until the item arrives before giving feedback, but I have no worries- he's a class act.
